AKIO NAGASAWA GALLERY — Les Rayons et les Ombres

Solo Exhibition by Aurore de La Morinerie from April 11-June 1, 2024 at Akio Nagasawa Gallery, Ginza, Japan.

This exhibition by French artist Aurore de La Morinerie explores the theme of a journey to the Mediterranean Sea. It features monotype artworks created using watercolor, ink, and ink-wash paints, with traditional etching press machines. The artworks depict the coastal landscapes, illustrating creatures, waves, rocks, and sand. The title of the exhibition is inspired by Victor Hugo's poetry collection "Les Rayons et les Ombres".
